Isaac, Riese and I just returned from fabulous long weekend with some of our close college friends in Angel Fire, New Mexico. It was a nice break from the paper chase, work, and household responsibilities. Now that we’re back we’re concentrating on finishing up our home study documents. The biggest thing holding us up right now is the health inspection report that has to be performed by the Dallas Health Department.
