Grandpa Gary, also known as Papou (which means grandpa in Greek), gave us the best gift ever by painting baby Kohlbacher's room! After three days of my dad's blood (really just lots of blood flowing), sweat (this was no easy task), and tears (the tears actually came from me out of thankfulness)... the painting is completed and I absolutely love it! We couldn't be more thankful to my dad for his labor of love!
The next step on the nursery is figuring out the floors. The next step on the adoption front is still waiting on our dumb form from the USCIS before we can get all our documents certified in Austin. At that point we'll be completed with our dossier and from there we'll wait approximately 7 to 9 months.

LOVE it! You have inspired me to do something bold and modern too I think. But I am not allowed until the dossier is in Rwanda(husband's orders!). So until then I will probably dream up a thousand color schemes and change my mind that many times too. Hope your form from USCIC comes soon:)
i am in love with this nursery already! he did such an amazing job painting and you did an amazing job designing. you're such a super-mom already.
Beautiful!!! I love it! I hope the form comes SOON! I know the wait is torture.
