In Summary...

We’re still waiting for our Rwanda baby (shocking, I know).

We’ve heard they’ve approved dossiers through #109 (we’re #133).

On Mother’s Day it marked 8 months of our paperwork sitting in Rwanda.

All the babies under 2 years of age have been adopted from the Home of Home orphanage (Yay!)

We’ve requested a baby under 9 months old.

There are an estimated 1 million orphans in Rwanda.

We’ve heard they’ve started a waiting list for infants at Home of Hope.

We’re wishing/hoping/praying they would start a process to adopt babies from other orphanages.

Finding a child paper ready is one of the hang-ups in the process.

It shouldn’t be this hard.

We're reminded again and again that we live in such a broken world.

We’re trying to take life one day at a time.

Lord, help us!

Tara, the account of your experience is piercing my heart. Your passion, your patience, your love for this child... Thank you for sharing. Praying that the Lord is merciful in guiding the timing of this adoption along more swiftly. I also loved your e3 video.
