We just learned we are APPROVED! We also learned that we're now #130 in line instead of #133. We have not physically received our approval in an email, but our Rwanda contact learned of this today when she went to the Ministry's office. The "6 month expiration" letter is attached to our approval, but it has not yet been signed by the Minister.
We're now waiting on a referral of a child, which is what we are really concerned about! There is about a 0-1% chance they will get to our number and have an infant under 9 months at Home of Hope orphanage in the next 6 months. Something in the system will have to change in order for us to have a chance. So, please continue to pray!
